My Client in Wokingham is looking to recruit a Service Co-ordinator to join their friendly team to be the primary contact within EMEA to co-ordinate the Warranty Programme.

This can be a hybrid role working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home but you can work in the office 5 days a week.

The hours of work are 8.30 to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Return of Material Authorisation Program across EMEA

Confirm Warranty Status and Partner’s entitlements

Dispatch Advance Replacement Product within 4 hours of receipt of RMA claim

Process Warranty Credits as and when required

  • Secure Critical Stock Levels to support Warranty Obligations in EMEA

Weekly monitor consumption and secure stock replacements for EMEA

Notify of High Failure parts and alert Management

  • Control the Warranty Exposure in EMEA

Ensure faulty products are returned on time and refurbished accordingly

Send final notifications for late returns and issue invoices as required

Resolve any discrepancies with the returned goods

  • Weekly and monthly reporting on EMEA RMA Activity
  • Coordinate Mandatory Upgrade and Quality Programs across EMEA

Procuring Upgrade Kits through liaising with Overseas factories

Issuing credit compensation as and when required

Provide regular updates on Mandatory Upgrades progress across EMEA

We are ideally looking for candidates with:

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Data Entry
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems with the ability to navigate the ERP system with ease and speed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: ability to effectively communicate to internal and external customers, mainly via email.
  • Attention to Detail and Target Focused
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise & manage own workload
  • Exceptional ability to immediately respond to Customer Claims from start to finish
  • Previous experience on similar role and Customer Services Skills required
  • Well organised and able to prioritise tasks to accomplish assignments within parameters and deadlines
