Duty Manager (Health club)

Common sense and initiative to solve any challenges for our guests

A genuine ability to motivate and engage our team Members and have an eye for detail

Youve got to be a Team player and have the ability to partner with other departments

Without doubt you need to deliver outstanding guest service

Desirable

Best if you have previous experience in a similar role

Wed like you to have previous Hilton Brand experience

That would mean you have OnQ PMS experience which would be great

As you can imagine the potential here is enormous so were looking for an ambitious Duty manager that has an interest in the Health Club and with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

You would need to be able to swim as part of the role is being a pool responder.

It would be helpful if you are able to navigate around a pool plant room or eager to learn
