This role offers an excellent opportunity to work as a Legal Secretary in a successful solicitors' residential property team based in central Wokingham.
The position is purely office-based and requires 1-2 years of conveyancing secretarial experience.
Key responsibilities include producing documents, handling telephone enquiries, assisting with delegated tasks, and managing file administration.
Candidates should possess strong literacy, typing, and MS Office skills, along with database proficiency and a team-oriented attitude.

Excellent opportunity to work with a highly successful solicitors in their residential property team. You will be based in their central Wokingham office (no parking) and this role is purely office based.

They now need a Legal Secretary to support the busy team with secretarial and administrative support.

Your role:

Produce documents and correspondence as directed by solicitors
Efficient handling of telephone enquiries and calls
Provision of assistance to and dealing with tasks as delegated
File administration and data management

The person:

1-2 years conveyancing secretarial experience is essential
Strong literacy skills
Strong typing and MS Office skills
Database skills
Team player
Enthusiastic, flexible with a friendly/professional manner
