About you

Are you super-organised with a fastidious attention to detail? Happy to chat with our lovely clients on the phone or email without typos and text-speak? The sort of person who digs that little bit deeper to get the job done when needed? If you are, please read on

If you have a minimum of two years successful administration/customer service or marketing support experience and are confident with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and basic database applications, then wed love to hear from you. Oh, and if you have worked in a school, the insurance, or travel industry then youre bound to bowl us over! We are open to who this might work for: perhaps you are returning to work after a career break or maybe you are job sharing elsewhere. Either way, this will be part-time to begin with but there will be opportunities to grow, either in responsibility or becoming full-time in the future.

Our clients include independent, international and state schools, Multi Academy Trusts as well as well-known brands and one-man bands across the youth, adventure and travel sectors.

About the role
Were seeking an exceptional individual to fulfil this important role that will support our mission to maintain outstanding customer service to our clients as we grow. There is a level of flexibility to shape the role and match the skills of the right candidate. Youll help us to onboard new clients, schedule, coordinate and help prepare for projects with our team of consultants and deal with day-to-day client enquiries that will help ensure our team of trainers and expert advisers are operating seamlessly. Youll work alongside our existing team to support lead generation campaigns and process enquiries, maintain the website and social channels. But dont worry, you wont be expected to respond to or get involved with any incident management as we have a dedicated team of specialists who do that.

Our office in central Wokingham is home to our friendly full-time team but we also work closely with a network of highly experienced regional consultants. The role is part-time hours (reasonably flexible to suit the right candidate), ideally five-days per week and might suit someone who would like to build up to full-time hours in the future as our business grows further.

Due to the nature of our clients work with children and the access to confidential personal data, the successful candidate will need to maintain professional confidentiality and will be required to conduct a Disclosure and Barring Service (police screening) check.
