The Role
As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team specialising in Value Engineering, Warranty Management, and Supplier Relations. Your core focus will be on evaluating repair quotations, enforcing contract terms, and identifying cost-saving opportunities for aerospace customers.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and challenge repair quotations to ensure fair pricing.
- Optimise warranty claims and manage contract terms with suppliers.
- Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities.
- Conduct technical analysis on reliability, defect trends, and rogue units.
- Support strategic cost-saving initiatives for global aerospace clients.
- Work closely with Sales & Business Development to design innovative cost-saving programmes.
About You
?? Qualifications & Experience:
- HNC/HND or Degree in an Engineering discipline (desirable).
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of warranty management, contract enforcement, or aerospace repairs (a plus).
