As we continue to expand, we're on the hunt for a skilled Production Technician to join our team.

The Role: As a Production Technician, you'll be at the heart of our client projects, working closely with project managers, fellow technicians, and the warehouse team to ensure seamless event execution. Your primary focus will be on-site work, representing our company and adapting to the changing needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on preparation of stage, light, sound, video, power, and rigging equipment.
  • Ensuring all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and ready for action.
  • Maintaining an organized and tidy workspace.
  • Performing general service, maintenance, and repairs on equipment.
  • Loading/unloading vans and trucks and handling deliveries/collections.
  • Upholding high customer service standards both on and off-site.
  • Installing, programming, and operating equipment according to client briefs.
  • Collaborating with project managers and the sales team to find technical solutions.
  • Staying updated on new techniques and equipment through ongoing training.

The Ideal Candidate: You're a team player with a solid understanding of lighting, sound, and video equipment, and you might even have a specialization in one of these areas. You're flexible, ready to work evenings and weekends, and have experience in events or show production. Familiarity with GrandMA or Avolites lighting desks or Yamaha Digital Sound desks is a plus, but not required.
