Title: Senior Payroll AdministratorLocation: Wokingham - 1 day from homeSalary: £35,000-£40,000Contract: PermanentJGA are partnered with a leading business who are seeking an experienced Client Payroll Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.   This role offers great career progression, 1 day working from home and a chance to join a growing, international business. Responsibilities:- Process end-to-end payroll for multiple clients, including starters/leavers, holiday calculations, pension payments, and month/year-end tasks, ensuring HMRC compliance.- Manage pension auto-enrolment, handle opt-ins/opt-outs, and submit RTI to HMRC.- Liaise with clients for payroll data, address queries, and provide approval reports, post-payroll reports, and invoices.- Conduct peer reviews, sign off payrolls, and ensure timely processing within set deadlines.- Collaborate with client teams, stay updated on UK payroll legislation, and suggest process improvements to the payroll manager.Skills:- 4 years' experience managing high-volume payroll. - Proficient in Excel with strong organizational and time management skills for tight deadlines. - Excellent verbal and written communication; effective under pressure in fast-paced settings. - Skilled in relationship management with internal and external stakeholders. - Dedicated to continuous training and staying updated on payroll legislation.
