Planning & Purchasing Assistant

Location: Wokingham - Berkshire - RG41 2QY
Salary: Competitive, DOE + Benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full Time - Part time may be available
Hours: 37.5 per week

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Planning & Purchasing Assistant based in Berkshire Wokingham.

Planning & Purchasing Assistant - The Role:

Tasks and responsibilities.

  • Day-to-day activities assisting the production Director in a variety of tasks, will mainly involve liaising with suppliers, obtaining price and delivery information, placing and chasing purchase orders.
  • Good communication and telephone manor
  • Flexibility, and a team player.
  • Full training will be given.

Planning & Purchasing Assistant - Skills/Qualifications:

  • Confident using computers and spreadsheet software.
  • Willing to learn and adsorb information.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attentive to detail
  • Self-disciplined & motivated
  • Willing to work in a team.
  • Enthusiastic!
