As Audit Director, you will work closely with Partners and senior management, overseeing a varied portfolio of clients across a range of sectors. You will be involved in business development, staff management, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding audit services. Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing audit engagements from planning through to completion
- Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of industries
- Supporting Partners with business development and strategic initiatives
- Reviewing and improving internal processes and procedures
- Managing and mentoring audit team members
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Significant audit experience at a senior level
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
- Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
