Quality Business Systems Engineer

Location: Wolverhampton

Are you an experienced Lead Auditor with a passion for quality and continuous improvement in manufacturing? We're looking for a Business Systems Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance our Business Management System.

What You'll Do:

? Maintain & improve Quality & Environmental Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949).
? Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with business-wide quality and environmental standards.
? Control and update quality and environmental management system documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
? Work with cross-functional teams to drive system & quality improvements, ensuring best practices across the business.
? Develop and implement new business systems, including training, awareness, and assessment programs.
? Support business initiatives to improve quality and environmental awareness at all levels of the organisation.
? Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement in processes and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

? ISO9001/14001 Lead Auditor qualification (essential).
? HNC (or higher) in a Quality-related discipline.
? Strong background in quality business systems within manufacturing.
? Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, and Standard Work.
? Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills.
? A flexible and proactive approach to work.
