We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Account Manager to join a global business that is expanding. This role is based in Wolverhampton and involves managing and developing both current and lapsed customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage and develop a portfolio of current and lapsed customer accounts.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Handle inbound enquiries, provide pricing, and follow up on quotations.
- Accurately record sales activity and customer interactions in the system.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Minimum of 2 years B2B Account Management or Internal Sales experience.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills with a confident phone manner.
- Commercially aware and target-driven.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
