Description
- Verify, process, and reconcile invoices and purchase orders
- Create and distribute accurate financial reports
- Resolve any invoice discrepancies
- Ensure timely payment of all invoices
- Monitor and manage the accounts payable email inbox
- Support the wider Accounting & Finance team as required
- Adhere to financial policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Profile
A successful 'Accounts Payable Clerk' should have:
- An educational background in accounting or a related field
- Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
