I am looking for a Maintenance Operative to work on an MOD base in the West Midlands. The Maintenance Operative will be expected to complete repairs and maintenance on the base, and will be a full time permanent position from Day 1.The Maintenance operative will be expected to:

Carry out repairs and maintenance across the base
Kitchens, Bathrooms, Offices etc.
Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week

The successful Maintenance Operative will have:

Multi-Skilled trades experience (Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Patch Plastering)
Ability to read technical drawings and documents
Full UK Driving License

The successful Maintenance Operative will receive in turn:

Up to £32,000 salary per annum
21 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
Van + Fuel Card
Company Pension
