Job Summary:

The

Facilities Service Administrator

will be responsible for supporting the Scheduling and Resources Manager with all site-related operations within the Wolverhampton service. This role requires close collaboration with the Clinical Lead and Healthcare Assistant (HCA) team to ensure smooth service delivery.

The candidate must have a valid driving license and access to a car for regular travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities:Site Operations & IT Support

  • Assist with on-site IT troubleshooting and coordination.
  • Liaise with relevant teams to resolve technical issues impacting service delivery.

Stock & Resource Management

  • Oversee and manage stock levels across sites.
  • Ensure medical supplies, consumables, and equipment are well-stocked and available when needed.
  • Coordinate deliveries and liaise with suppliers where necessary.

Clinic Scheduling & Coordination

  • Support the Scheduling and Resources Manager in organizing clinic schedules.
  • Ensure effective deployment of HCAs across various sites.
  • Manage last-minute scheduling changes efficiently.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with the HCA team and Clinical Lead to support service requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for site-related concerns, resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Essential: Full UK driving license and access to a car for travel.
  • Experience in site coordination, healthcare operations, or scheduling is advantageous.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to short-notice changes.

Working Arrangement:

  • Hybrid role - mix of remote working and on-site presence as required.
  • Flexibility is required to be on-site at short notice when needed.
