You'll play a key role in optimizing processes, boosting efficiency, and driving projects that enhance productivity and quality at our state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Manufacturing & Maintenance Engineering teams
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and capital projects
- Implement predictive & preventative maintenance strategies
- Collaborate across departments to introduce new products smoothly
What You Bring:
- Proven experience leading Manufacturing/Maintenance teams
- Expertise in Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, and CAD software
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills
- ERP proficiency and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges
