Telesales Team Leader

£30,000 base salary- OTE £700-1000 per month commission

Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is ramping up a large sales campaign, and plans to grow their telesales team quite rapidly. In order to lead, manage and support with recruiting this new team they are sourcing an experienced Telesales Team Leader who can bring expertise and experience to the organisation as they continue to grow.
The Role:
- Onboarding and providing training for new staff- this will be a big responsibility as the team grows
- Understand, set and monitor KPIs for the team
- Leading sales meetings
- Forecasting, and reporting on sales figures
- Manage and organise the staffing rota
- Handling, and proactively addressing any concerns from within the team should they arise
The Ideal Telesales Team Leader will have:
- Significant experience and a track record of success in the industry- this role won't be conducting any sales, but you need to train new staff and understand a sales campaign
- Management or team leadership experience in a call centre environment
- Engaging and inspirational personality, this role will be leading from the front to motivate people to be the best they can
- Organisational skills, there will be a significant amount of admin, building rotas for staff and onboarding new starters as the team grows
- Ability and willingness to work in the office in Wolverhampton 5 days a week. This role must be in person as you will be monitoring, and leading the staff from the office
