CLASS 2 HIAB DRIVER
MONDAY TO FRIDAY: START TIMES 05.00-06.00
PAY RATE: £15.00 - £18.00 PER HOUR
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our well-established client based in WOLVERHAMPTON, WEST MIDLANDS.

Rates of Pay:
- Basic: £15.00 per hour
- Overtime over 39 hours paid at £18.00 per hour
Day to Day Duties
Your duties as a Class 2 HIAB Driver will involve but not be limited to:
- Safely operating a class 2 vehicle with HIAB crane for loading and unloading goods
- Deliver goods to various locations, ensuring safe handling and timely delivery
- Conduct pre and post operations checks on the vehicle and equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained liaise with dealership with service
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and transport regulations
Essential Skills
As a Class 2 HIAB Driver you will need to:
- Hold a valid UK Category C Licence
- Hold a valid HIAB/Lorry mounted crane qualification
- No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes
- Have a valid UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card
- Must be able to speak and read a good level of English
- Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills
- Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations
- Effective communication skills
Desirable Experience
- Experience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficial
- Previous experience operating a HIAB crane
