Day-to-day of the role:
  • Efficiently handle customer enquiries and queries via telephone or email.
  • Supervise the internal sales team and report daily/weekly targets to the management team.
  • Enter orders onto Sage and maintain the CRM system.
  • Liaise with the warehouse to ensure timely customer deliveries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers.
  • Support the external sales team and ensure customer service expectations are exceeded.
  • Convert enquiries into orders successfully.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Sage and CRM systems is preferable.
  • Computer literate, particularly with Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Benefits:
  • Standard working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
