Do you have a working knowledge of boiler and steam turbine plants? Are you looking to lead and develop a team while also progressing your own career?

If successful you will be joining a large-scale company operating across the UK focussing on sustainable solutions including Energy Storage, Energy from Waste and Anaerobic Digestion with the mindset of constantly exploring new exciting technologies.

Within this role your responsibilities will be ensuring smooth and efficient running of the Wolverhampton plant ensuring all subordinates' tasks are completed, including equipment calibration, site cleanliness and general day to day tasks.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background working in a boiler and/or steam turbine environment with experience leading/supervising a team. As part of the role, you may act as team leader, so confidence in your role and ability is essential

The Role

* Assisting in supervision of teams across the plant

* Monitoring from control room including observation of DCS

* Assisting in any plant outages happening

The Person

* Working knowledge of power generation via Steam turbine/Boiler plant experience

* Experienced as a Supervisor or team leader

* NPORS tickets desirable however not essential
