Our client based in Wolverhampton are seeking to grow their team with the addition of an Internal Recruitment Coordinator. This is a critical role to the business and will involve overseeing and managing their end-to-end recruitment needs, bringing new talent onboard across a variety of skill sets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and support effective and efficient recruitment strategies for the business.
- Co-ordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, end to end from advertising through to offer and induction of new recruits.
- Perform candidate searches, reviewing CV’s and application forms to form a shortlist of suitable candidates for open vacancies.
- Developing good working relationships with partnering recruitment agencies and platforms such as Indeed.
- Building strong working relationships with the hiring managers, offering advice, guidance and support where required.
- Collating and providing recruitment and selection information to hiring managers and HR for all positions within the business.
- Controlling the recruitment process for all positions within the business.
- Supporting the onboarding and induction of all new recruits to the business.
- Providing support to departmental managers to ensure effective and efficient onboarding for all new starters.
We are looking for a seasoned recruitment professional who has extensive experience in partnering with recruitment agencies, and using recruitment advertising & sourcing platforms. Candidates will need to possess a strong grasp of recruiting candidates across all levels of a business including commercial and skilled recruitment. Excellent communication skills are a must, and candidates must be comfortable reporting to and supporting a Senior Leadership team of HR professionals and hiring managers.
