What You'll Do:
As a Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's lawyers and ensuring seamless case management. Your responsibilities will include:


Acting as a point of contact on various cases
Taking detailed instructions and conducting thorough research
Assisting solicitors with drafting court applications and documents
Gathering statements from foster carers and agencies
Reviewing reports and statements from the client department
Filing and serving essential legal documents
Collaborating with various agencies to collect and collate evidence
Creating and updating comprehensive court bundles
Collecting and analysing relevant statistics
Managing a small caseload of private law matters
Engaging actively in client care and business development

What We Are Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:


A genuine passion for advancing your career in Childcare law
Level 3 CILEX qualification or equivalent, or demonstrable competence in legal matters
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a legal office relevant to the position
Confidence to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
A drive to develop your legal skills and achieve technical excellence
A proactive attitude toward challenges, focusing on practical solutions
Strong relationship-building skills to provide exceptional service to clients and the community
