Huntswood is looking for Complaints Processers with financial services complaints experience to join an exciting project for a large retail bank. If you have a wealth of complaints handling experience, ability to work in office and great communication skills, then we have a great role for you.

Start Date: 16th & 25th September 2024

Day Rate: Rate starting at £165 DOE- Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location: Pendeford Business Park - Hybrid working available after training period

Working hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00-18:00

What Huntswood is looking for:

  • A minimum of 12 months financial services complaint handling experience
  • Business Banking product experience would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of FCA and FOS regulations surrounding complaints
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to work at client's office in Pendeford Business Park
  • Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word

As a Complaints Processer you will provide a high-quality service to customers by resolving their complaints in a timely manner. Using systems available to you, you will gather the information to decide on a resolution and communicate this to the customer.
