Reed Wolverhampton are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join our client within the construction industry. The successful candidate will be the front line of contact for our customers and will handle a variety of tasks to support our daily operations.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Perform general office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries.
  • Make outbound phone calls to respond to customer enquiries and liaise with external suppliers.
  • Inform customers about relevant information and ensure they have access to necessary resources.
  • Process sales orders and manage system administration, including report generation.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage daily printing of emailed invoices, date stamping, and sorting.
  • Verify haulier invoices and address any related queries.
  • Charge out delivery tickets using third-party software and create corresponding invoices.
  • Handle post duties and data importation into accounting software.
  • Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets for invoice totals and unexpected haulier charges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a busy Administration environment.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
