JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator - Everyday Banking

LOCATION: Wolverhampton

PAY: £13.49p/hr

HOURS: Full - Time - 35 Hours - Monday - Friday between 9am -5pm

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

My high-profile banking client are recruiting for an Everyday Banking Senior Client Assistant. The role is a Hybrid role which will require the candidate to work on site 2 days a week and 3 days from home, working normal office hours. However, due to training purposes the first few months will require onsite working Monday to Friday.

Role Objectives:

This role as Everyday Banking Senior Administrator sits within our Banking and Trade Delivery Team. The role consists of meeting our everyday commercial clients needs through a variety of mediums including email and telephony. The daily requests can include:

  • Balance Enquiries
  • Transactional Enquiries
  • Currency Requests
  • Encashment Requests
  • Charge Card Enquiries
  • Complex Relationship Manager needs.
  • Secondary account / lending requests

Our Banking and Trade team are client facing, that means that we handle both inbound and outbound communications from clients and internal stakeholders. We also operate a number of client facing email mailboxes. Most of the communication we receive from clients comes in via email. Clear communication skills are vital for this role.
