Our client in the Wolverhampton are is looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Adviser to join their expanding team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle deposits, withdrawals and member account requests.
  • Open new accounts, ensuring all forms are competed correctly and ID is verified.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on the in-house system.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
  • Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Provide support in financial services-related queries, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Skills

  • Proficient in using in house systems and software.
  • Previous experience in financial services is advantageous..
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to articulate information clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the Wolverhampton office and 2 working from home.

The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am till 4pm.
