Your new companyYou will be joining a successful, growing and dynamic business in south Wolverhampton, for a new permanent job. This is an exciting new role that will be key to the success of the business, where you will be giving excellent customer service and supporting the sales teams by generating leads.

Your new roleA full-time role working in the office Monday to Friday with core responsibilities of:

  • Administration within the transport section of the business
  • Informing customers of deliveries
  • Inputting customer purchase orders
  • Generating new tenders and seeking potential customers
  • Sending out marketing
  • Data gathering for management
  • Arranging and occasionally attesting supplier and customer meetings for sales teams

What you'll need to succeed

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • To be well-organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous outbound call experience in either a Call Centre or similar sales/ customer service experience would be helpful but not essential.
