Pay: 180 - 220 per day
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Working Foreman with a strong background in groundworks to oversee multiple projects across the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency across various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all site activities related to groundworks, including drainage and slabbing.
- Lead and manage the site team, ensuring efficient and high-quality performance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain smooth project operations.
- Ensure health and safety standards are strictly followed on all sites.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain quality control.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman on groundworks projects, particularly in drainage and slabbing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- In-depth knowledge of groundworks processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- CSCS card and other relevant qualifications are highly desirable.
