Role: Dual-registered Care Manager

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (negotiable based on level of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Dual-registered Manager Will Oversee the day-to-day operations of two residential homes.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop, support, and motivate a competent team across both locations.
  • Dual-registered Manager will ensure both homes comply with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards, including Ofsted requirements.
  • Effectively manage the budgets and resources of both homes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Dual Manager or significant leadership role within children’s residential care, specifically managing multiple sites.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent, or actively working towards this qualification.
  • A full UK driver's license.

Skills:

  • The Dual-registered Manager is expected to have Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the care needs of young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and resources across multiple sites.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective care and developmental strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively coordinating between multiple locations.
