An Experienced Dual-registered Manager required Wednesbury and Wolverhampton ASAP.
Location: Wednesbury and Wolverhampton
Role: Dual-registered Care Manager
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (negotiable based on level of experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- The Dual-registered Manager Will Oversee the day-to-day operations of two residential homes.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop, support, and motivate a competent team across both locations.
- Dual-registered Manager will ensure both homes comply with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards, including Ofsted requirements.
- Effectively manage the budgets and resources of both homes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dual Manager or significant leadership role within children’s residential care, specifically managing multiple sites.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent, or actively working towards this qualification.
- A full UK driver's license.
Skills:
- The Dual-registered Manager is expected to have Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of the care needs of young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and resources across multiple sites.
- Ability to develop and implement effective care and developmental strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively coordinating between multiple locations.
