Your role as an Electrical Facilities Engineer:

Based at New Cross Hospital, you will be responsible for ensuring all Electrical FM tasks are completed relating to PPM's, reactive maintenance and general maintenance.

You will report directly into the Head of FM and Medical equipment therefore you will be POC for any FM responsibilities and be able to work on your own initiative.

Your duties and responsibilities as a FM Electrical Engineer:

  • Ensure all PPM and reactive electrical tasks are carried out whilst using CAFM system
  • Ensure work carried out meets SLA's and KPI's
  • Complete all preventative and reactive electrical maintenance work on site
  • Liaise with the medical equipment organisation for any faults and act accordingly
  • Be on call 1 in 3 weeks for any maintenance enquiries on site
  • Complete job sheets and close jobs In accurate and timely manner
  • Manage subcontractors and review their performance

To be successful in your role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering or Installation
  • 18th Edition
  • Extensive FM experience
  • Experience in a hospital or medical setting would be preferred but not essential
