Senior EstimatorWolverhampton | Up to £77K + £5K Car Allowance + Bonus + Private Healthcare

Are you an experienced Senior Estimator looking to take the next step in your career with a highly reputable regional main contractor?

Our client, a well-established construction company based in Wolverhampton, is seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of construction and refurbishment projects, with bid and tender values of up to £10m.

The Role

As Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction process, working across a diverse portfolio of sectors, including:

  • Commercial
  • Education
  • Agriculture
  • Industrial
  • Social Housing

The workload consists of 75% public sector projects and 25% private sector, offering a variety of challenges and opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates for construction and refurbishment projects.
  • Managing tenders and bid submissions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Assessing project risks and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
