  • Providing day to day assistance to current members of the team
  • Manage phone calls and emails, taking appropriate action when required
  • Manage diaries and take action on own initiative to coordinate schedules
  • Prepare team members for meetings and conferences with required documentation
  • Preparing agendas, writing minutes for meetings and assisting with adhoc duties for your direct report (creating presentations etc)
  • Organise national and international travel and arrangements
  • Book meeting rooms and welcome visitors
What we’re looking for:
  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively
  • Must have experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
  • Experience of minute taking
  • Excellent IT skills
