We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Finance Business Partner to join our client's team, focusing on the Nacelles value stream. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a business generating a turnover of approximately $550m, contributing to innovative solutions in aerospace and defence.

What You'll Do:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing financial performance and supporting business growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Value-Added Business Partnering: Provide insights into financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks.
  • Business Support: Collaborate with Programme and Commercial teams, ensuring product profitability information integrity.
  • Financial Reporting: Lead the monthly programme profitability reporting, track financial performance, and communicate variance explanations.
  • Financial Planning: Partner with the Nacelles management team to develop processes for effective business planning and forecasting.
  • Internal Control Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal financial control policies and international accounting standards.

What You'll Bring:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Qualifications: A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with 3+ years of PQE in Manufacturing, Engineering, or FMCG sectors.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with SAP, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a keen eye for detail and an operational/commercial bias.
