Our client is a long established and highly prestigious property company based in Wolverhampton with offices up and down the country. They are a leader in their field with an enviable track record of success, as part of their commitment to continued development they are now looking to bring on an M&A Manager to work alongside the Head of M&A in line with their 5-year growth strategy.

This is a diverse and challenging role, which will require you to build excellent working relationships, negotiate effectively at the highest levels outside the business, and lead high level acquisitions end to end amongst other senior responsibilities within the business.

Ideally, you will:

  • Be ACA qualified from one of the top firm within M&A, deals or transaction services however if you have the right level of experience within industry focusing on M&A you will still be considered
  • Be able to converse with senior levels of personnel both in and outside of the business
  • Have the ability to appreciate a diverse product and service offering in all key markets, and quickly appraise the competitor landscape and positioning
  • Have the financial modelling and deal valuation skills, with an ability to present complex financial information in a concise, clear and easy to understand manner
  • Project manage client engagements, which includes determining the project scope and resource requirements, monitoring progress against budget and established time-frame
