CCTV Drainage Supervisor

Poolhall Recruitment are hiring on behalf of our client in Wolverhampton for a CCTV Drainage supervisor. This is a directly employed role not CIS, and the work is carried out typically in the South East of the country. It is essential to be able to work away throughout the week and to hold a full UK manual driving licence.

The company pays based on day or night shift rates, you must be able to work both shifts.

Your pay will range from £825 - £1070 per week, which is £43k - 55k per year.

Directly employed so you will get holiday pay too, this is not a self-employed or CIS role.

Overview:

Your role is crucial in ensuring the quality of CCTV drainage surveys to identify issues within drainage systems and propose effective remediation solutions. You will manage a two-person team to conduct CCTV drainage surveys, perform drain cleansing, analyse pipe conditions, and produce high-quality reports.

Experience:

• 2+ years experience in CCTV drainage surveying or a related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role.

Qualifications and Certifications:

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS card.
• OS19X qualification.
• OS23X qualification (desirable).
• City & Guilds Chapter 8 - Signing, Lighting, and Guarding (desirable).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in using Minicam equipment (desirable).
• Experience with Wincan software (desirable).
• Proficient in computer systems and relevant software, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective time management and organisational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Polite and respectful demeanour when interacting with customers and the public.
• Flexibility working away Monday to Friday (days or nights).
• Ability to effectively manage and maintain allocated vehicle and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and readiness.

Rates of pay (shift):

• Day: £165.38
• Night: £214.99
