The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the HR function across a broad spectrum of people matters globally, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the HR team throughout the employee life cycle.The HR Coordinator will be responsible for enhancing the HR team's effectiveness, providing advice, support and fostering positive relationships across various stakeholders in multiple countries.

In this newly created role you will be joining a very purpose driven organisation with a key passion for people and delivering excellence within the workplace.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner you will have a huge factor within other departments supporting all ER, Rewards, L&D and much more!

The Role:

  • Coordination of recruitment activities, including job specification creation, interview schedules, and candidate screening.
  • Coaching line managers on low-level employee relations cases and coordinating employee probationary periods.
  • Supporting the HR team in designing and implementing training interventions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensuring training compliance.
  • Providing HR metrics and insights to the wider business.

About You:

  • Experience in a HR coordinator capacity within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software, such as Workday.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Skills including ; proactive, self starter, attention to detail, forward thinking, strategic and hands on
