Our client is a dynamic and expanding business located in Wolverhampton, who are currently seeking passionate individuals to join their growing team.

Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

This is a fantastic opportunity for proactive and experienced professionals to join the business during a period of growth. You will be part of a supportive team, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales.

Hours of work will be 9am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday). Starting salary is £25,000 per annum.

As Internal Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Enter and manage orders received using the specialised CRM system.
  • Address and resolve incoming queries through phone and email efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain and grow their customer base by nurturing existing relationships and actively seeking new clients.
  • Update and maintain customer database records to ensure information is accurate and current.
  • Provide customers with product information and suggest suitable alternatives based on their needs.
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Log and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

To be successful in the position of Internal Sales Executive, you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Highly organised, confident, and able to handle pressure effectively.
  • Sales experience is essential.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborative team player who can identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

This position is based in Wolverhampton and is easily commutable from Walsall, Dudley, Bloxwich, Bridgnorth, Cannock, Penkridge and Telford.
