The successful candidate will work closely with the Paraplanning Lead, assisting in the research, preparation, and drafting of compliant client reports. This role offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including hybrid working.What will you do?
  • Support Advisors by researching financial products and preparing suitability reports.
  • Produce accurate IHT (Inheritance Tax) calculations and cash flow models.
  • Ensure all reports and recommendations meet compliance standards (SJP, FCA).
  • Manage and update client files and systems, ensuring timely business processing.
  • Keep Advisors and the Paraplanning Lead informed throughout the process.
  • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and contribute to team meetings.
What do you need?
  • Diploma-qualified (DipPFS) or working towards it.
  • Previous experience in a Wealth Management or IFA environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, regulations, and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with IT systems, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
