Hays Human Resources are delighted to be representing a fast-paced manufacturing organisation in the Wolverhampton area, they are looking for a personable, hard-working individual to join their Human Resources team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor; it is offering excellent benefits and flexible working.HR Advisor£28,000 - £32,000 per annum (negotiable)Wolverhampton basedHybrid working and flexible workingCIPD qualification preferableKey duties:- To assist the HR Manager and HR Director with ensuring a smooth and proactive running of the HR Service for the business- Undertaking a variety of HR Administration duties- Provide an advisory service to the HR department- Support with recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing and employee relations- Liaise with recruitment agencies when necessary- Work in partnership with managers to help resolve and advise upon HR queries- Provide relevant KPI information to those who request- To support with the management of HR casework- Assist with the creation of management reportsRequirements for this role:- CIPD level 3/5 is desirable- 3+ years relevant experience in a HR advisory role- Demonstrable HR advisory experience- Excellent team working skills and exceptional communication skills- Proficient IT skillsPersonal attributes:- A professional and hard-working approach- Strong interpersonal skills- Team player- Genuine interest in pursuing an HR career- Ability to deal with and work with sensitive and confidential information- Committed to providing best-in-class HR serviceBenefits:- 23 days AL + bank holidays + birthday- Free onsite parking- Hybrid working- Flexible working hours if required- Full work from home equipment provided- Generous salary and open to negotiation based on experience
