As a Service Desk Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service team. You will be responsible for handling customer calls, and enquires via portals and emails to schedule and allocate engineers for routine and corrective maintenance, and ensuring they have all the necessary parts and equipment to complete their jobs. Your organisational skills will be essential in managing and prioritising jobs effectively.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and allocate engineers for routine and corrective maintenance tasks.Ensure engineers are equipped with all necessary parts and equipment prior to jobs.Manage and prioritise workloads for engineers to optimise efficiency.Maintain engineers' diaries, scheduling time slots, return visits, and booking in works as needed.Using various customer portals.Experience and Qualifications:Excellent geographical awareness to effectively allocate resources.Previous experience in a busy, fast-paced environment is essential.Experience in scheduling and supporting engineers would be an advantageMust be multi-tasking and able to work in a fast paced environmentThis is an office based position working 8am - 5pm and 9am -6pm rotating shift .
