A Team Leader / Supervisor is required for a manufacturing company based in the Wolverhampton area. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader / Supervisor to join an established company, that specialise in the manufacture of fasteners, nuts and bolts.
You will be responsible for overseeing 13 employees, mainly covering machine operators and other shop-floor workers. Ideally you will have experience in automotive or nuts & bolts manufacturing, working in a similar Team Leader or Supervisor role.
Your duties will include:
- Overseeing a team of 13 employees
- Keeping on top of production needs
- Delegating daily work loads
- Planning the new machine shop
- Maintaining Health & Safety protocols
- Chasing order progress
Ideally you will be a pragmatic, reactive, hands-on warehouse team-leader with considerable levels of experience within manufacturing, ideally the automotive or nuts & bolts sector.
This position is working Monday to Friday, on a permanent day shift; 8:00am - 4:30pm.
This Team Leader / Supervisor role is paying £33,000 - £35,000 per annum.
