Are you a Mechanical Fitter, Mechanical Assembler, aerospace engineer or similar looking to join a global market leader working within a technically challenging role where you will be invested in with ongoing training and development to allow you to progress throughout the business and become a technical expert in the specialist field?

This company is a global market leader that has sites across the UK and worldwide, manufacturing a range of state-of-the-art products for sectors such as aerospace and defence.

In this role you will be based in the modern workshop, manufacturing a range of products and sub-assemblies through assembly and fitting of mechanical components. The role will also involve testing and fault finding.

The role would be perfect for a Mechanically-biased engineer with experience in a production/ manufacturing environment, such as assembly or fitting, and the ability to read engineering drawings. It would be highly beneficial to hold a certificate/ apprenticeship or qualification in mechanical engineering.

The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 40 hours
*Assembly and fitting
*Basic fault finding and testing

The Person:
*Mechanically biased engineer
*Apprentice trained, qualification (HND, HNC, City and Guilds or similar) in mechanical engineering
*Aerospace experience is beneficial
