We are seeking a 'Credit Administrator' to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success within the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Credit team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Complete cash allocation using the inhouse system.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to facilitate effective communication and co-ordination.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
