Family Legal  Assistant – Wolverhampton

Our reputable multi-site law firm based in Wolverhampton is seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join its Family Law team. If you're organised, proactive and eager to support a busy Family Solicitor, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Role:

This is an Assistant/Administrative role within the Family Law team. You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the department, supporting a Solicitor with:

  • Completing legal forms and documents
  • Audio and copy dictation
  • Answering calls and handling client enquiries
  • Booking appointments and managing diaries
  • General administrative duties

Who We're Looking For:

  • Some experience in Family Law would be great – but it's not essential!
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • A confident communicator with a professional phone manner
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
