A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to make the move and go in-house with a global organisation based in the Black Country.

As an In-House Property Paralegal specialising in commercial property matters, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team with property transactions, lease agreements, and compliance matters. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel, providing legal expert assistance to ensure the smooth operation of their commercial property portfolio.

Role Details:

  • Preparing and reviewing lease agreements, contracts, licenses, and other legal documents related to commercial property transactions.
  • Conducting thorough due diligence on property transactions.
  • Maintaining registers of key property information.
  • Assisting on Co-Sec matters where required.
  • Providing support on commercial contracts and agreements, and undertaking legal and other commercial research.

Experience:

  • Some experience as a commercial property paralegal would be beneficial, but we would also be happy to look at individuals with some paralegal experience, looking to make the move into a different area of law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

PLEASE NOTE: this role will be office based, with 5 days a week required on-site.
