Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are recruiting for a equipment supply company in North Wolverhampton for a SERVICE SCEDHULER on a full time and permanent basis.

This role is due to business growth and will require previous experience of scheduling engineers.

Salary 24,000 to 26,000

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch

Daily duties include:

Liaise with customers directly via email and telephone to schedule service repairs and maintenance.

Liaise with customers sites and contacts to ensure Engineer attendance meets with site specific requirements

Ensuring all systems are updated with the required information and data.

Update jobs post completion, assessing whether the service call is covered under warranty or chargeable back to the customer.

Previous scheduling of engineers or subcontractors etc is essential

Systems used is SAGE and Excel
