Position Overview: We have multiple vacancies for full-time nurses to provide high-quality care in a supported living environment. You will work 40 hours per week, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care in a safe and supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a supported living setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess residents’ health status and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
- Support residents with emotional and psychological needs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of nursing care.
Qualifications:
- Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
- Previous experience in a supported living or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
