Position Overview: We have multiple vacancies for full-time nurses to provide high-quality care in a supported living environment. You will work 40 hours per week, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care in a safe and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a supported living setting.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor and assess residents’ health status and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
  • Support residents with emotional and psychological needs.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of nursing care.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
  • Previous experience in a supported living or similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
