About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Occupational Therapists to deliver tailored care plans and interventions for individuals in the community. Your focus will be on enabling clients to overcome barriers, regain independence, and actively participate in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to implement engaging therapeutic activities and interventions.
  • Support individuals in developing practical skills for daily living, work, and leisure pursuits.
  • Conduct home visits and assessments to recommend necessary equipment and adaptations.
  • Provide advice, encouragement, and guidance to service users and their families.
  • Accurately document progress and feedback to contribute to effective care planning.

About You:
