I am seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join my Wolverhampton based client. This role offers the widest range of duties, and will suit someone with a strong background in all elements of office administration and customer service.
This fantastic opportunity will include the following in terms of responsibilities:
路 Managing reception, greeting visitors, dealing with general enquiries.
路 Ensuring all telephone and email queries are dealt with or passed to the relevant person.
路 Opening and dealing with post.
路 Processing invoices and tracking progress.
路 Diary and meeting room management including refreshments when required.
路 Maintaining customer information and updating where necessary
路 Liaising with contractors and managing signing in & permit processes
路 Ensuring stationary is available and office equipment is kept in good working order.
路 Efficient filing system is in place.
路 Monitoring site expenditure and updating reports for senior management
路 To assist with producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required.
路 Assist with the collection of overdue debts
路 Delivering account statements, invoices and other documents
路 Attend meetings, record and type minutes and manage these.
路 Administration of accident/incident reports and distribute these to the relevant teams.
路 Assisting with the organising events as directed by the Marketing Team.
This role is ideal for someone with an ability to manage several tasks at any one time, able to prioritise and deal with the unexpected. The successful candidate will be well-versed with Word, Excel and Outlook, and have a pleasant, mature attitude, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
