Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative and engaging social media strategies for a variety of clients.
• Create compelling, on-brand content that captures attention and drives engagement.
• Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to boost brand visibility.
• Build and grow online communities, ensuring consistent engagement and positive brand presence.
• Track and analyse social media performance, making data-driven decisions for campaign optimisation.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and implement the latest strategies to drive success.

What We're Looking For:

• 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or community management.
• A solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit, collaborative team.

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience in the hospitality sector would be an advantage, though not a requirement.
