Your new schoolHays Education represents an inclusive and dynamic nursery school in Wolverhampton. The Nursery School has a great ethos and community with a great family feel. They are upbeat and enthusiastic in a positive environment to ensure all children and staff are happy and safe. The Nursery School is looking for 2 full-time long term Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners. The hours are from Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm weekdays.Your new roleIn this role you will be working within the toddler's room with children aged 3-4 years. You will be taking ownership of children's attainment in phonics, Numeracy and Literacy. This will be in small groups of SEN children and providing 1:1 support and creating a safe and supportive learning environment. You will also be working as a team to provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for all children.What you'll need to succeed
- Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Specific qualification (full&relevant).
- Confident in preparing and delivering high quality activities in line with EYFS outcomes.
- Good knowledge of phonics.
- To have recent and relevant experience in the role.
- Must have worked with children with SEN.
- Be confident and offer encouragement.
- Use your own initiative and be observant.
